The first option is by car – taking the Interamerican Highway north and following the signs towards ‘Ciudad Quesada’, continuing Route 4 until you arrive at ‘Los Chiles’, arriving shortly after that at el Caño Negro and the lodge. This route takes approximately 3 hours.
by bus
Another option is by bus – taking a bus to ‘Los Chiles’ or ‘Ciudad Quesada’ from ‘San Jose’ and then taking a taxi or private transportation to the lodge. This route can take between 4 and 5 hours.
